DELIVERY INFORMATION:
We offer Australia wide delivery for all products.
Free delivery is offered for small items using either Australia Post or couriers. Small items are those less than 5kg cubic weight and less than 105cm long. Some very small items (eg Croakies glasses retainers) are delivered using untracked letters, for other items delivery tracking is provided.
Larger items such as canoes, kayaks and paddles are delivered with couriers or freight forwarders. Costs can vary considerably depending on the size and destination – the table below gives some example of costs to major centres. Either contact us before ordering or request a freight quote when placing your order. Within the Sydney metro area we offer fixed price delivery for paddles ($10) and kayaks/canoes/SUPS($60).

* Due to the size of Australia & inaccessibility to some remote areas, certain items may incur extra freight charges . In some cases, particularly for larger items a customer may need to collect goods from the nearest depot.

Kayaks and some other items are available for warehouse collection in Mona Vale, however this is by appointment only. Please contact us to enquire / set up a collection time.
